Behavioral Health Link

Behavioral Health Link (BHL) is a mental health software developer that has created a platform to support call centers and mobile crisis response teams in guiding individuals in crisis to the appropriate services. Similar to the 9-1-1 emergency hotline, the 9-8-8 hotline is dedicated to behavioral health crises, and BHL's software solution enables call center agents to connect those in crisis with the necessary resources.

While BHL has long been established as a call center operator and manager for the state of Georgia, the software division has operated more like a startup, with the goal of expanding its brand and product offerings to increase market share.

Over an 18-month period, the following services were provided:

  • Played a pivotal role in helping BHL adopt HubSpot as a CRM platform to effectively track customers.

  • Developed a comprehensive two-year strategic marketing plan, supported by an annual advertising campaign.

  • Rebuilt the website and optimized SEO and SEM for improved online visibility.

  • Created a design guide to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

  • Redesigned all marketing collateral to reflect the new brand identity.

  • Enhanced BHL's conference presence by boosting engagement through speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and custom booth displays.

  • Developed a series of long and short videos to support marketing efforts.

  • Executed a robust content marketing strategy using blogs, vlogs, webinars, podcasts, and videos to expand market presence.

  • Oversaw the sales division, aligning it closely with marketing to maximize returns.
