This article was published in an industry leading trade magazine called, "Parks and Recreation." The article focused on the grand opening of a multi-million-dollar waterfront park using sponsorship dollars, which I organized and led.

The event brought in approximately 20,000 people to celebrate the transformation of a parking lot into a multi-use public park. Tasks included securing sponsorships to offset event costs, a complete marketing and public relations campaign including pre and post event coverage using free and sponsored media and onsite event coordination.
